Nariva is a search engine service that dynamically monitors, indexes and searches files on your computer's hard drive. As a service, it needs a client application that tells it what to do (which folders to index, what to search for etc.). There is a client application, MAF Search, which is a Firefox extension that can instruct Nariva on what to index and what to look for. Nariva provides a cross platform, XML-based API so any client that can call the API can access Nariva and search for files.
